RULES OF ACCOMMODATION AND REGULATIONS OF HOTEL SERVICES
1. GENERAL REGULATIONS
1.1 These "Rules of Accommodation and provision of hotel services at ESA STROY LLC (at the Kazan Palace by TASIGO Hotel) of category 5 (five) stars (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") have been developed in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 11/18/2020 No. 1853 "On Approval of the Rules for the Provision of Hotel Services in the Russian Federation Federation" to determine the order and timing of the provision of hotel services. The rules apply to Guests staying at the hotel, as well as to contractors when they conclude contracts with the Contractor, including the provision of services, and agency agreements and are an integral part of these agreements. Accreditation for the assignment of category 5 (five) stars was carried out by the Limited Liability Company "Tourist Information Center of Kazan", as a result of accreditation, certificate No. 16/AA-138/30-2021 dated 11/26/2021, valid until 11/25/2024 was received. The composition of services included in hotel services is determined by the requirements established by the Regulation on the Classification of Hotels, approved by part seven of Article 5 of the Federal Law "On the Basics of Tourist Activity in the Russian Federation", depending on the type and category of the hotel.
1.2 The basic concepts used in these Rules mean:
"Hotel" — Kazan Palace by TASIGO — a hotel designed to provide temporary accommodation and other related services;
"Consumer", "Guest" - an individual who has the intention to order or purchase, or who orders or purchases and/or uses hotel services for personal and other needs not related to business activities;
"Hotel services" (hereinafter referred to as "Services") — a set of actions to ensure the temporary stay of a Guest at the hotel, performed by the Contractor in the interests of the Guest and at the request of the Guest or Customer, including basic and additional services provided to the Guest.
"Contractor" — LLC "NEO", a legal entity providing hotel Services to Consumers.
"Customer" "guest" - an individual or legal entity or an individual entrepreneur who intends to order or purchase or who orders or purchases hotel services for the benefit of the consumer;
"Booking" — securing a room (place in a room) in a hotel for the consumer on the terms determined by the request of the customer or consumer and confirmation of this request by the Contractor;
"Check-out time (check-out time)" - the time set by the contractor for the departure of the consumer;
"Check-in time" - the time set by the contractor for the arrival of the consumer;
"Room price (room space)" - the cost of temporary accommodation and other related services determined by the contractor, provided for a single price.
"Official rate" is the price of hotel rooms of various categories set by the Hotel Administration on the day of booking confirmation.
"Booking request" - an application for booking hotel rooms and other Hotel services for Guests with a total number of up to 4 people inclusive, posted on the letterhead of the Customer organization/letterhead of the Hotel, indicating contact information, seal and signature of the Customer organization, or made on-line on the website Kazanpalace.com.
"Group booking request" - an application for booking hotel rooms and other Hotel services upon arrival of at least 6 rooms within 24 hours. The Guest List is attached to the group booking request.
"Guaranteed booking" is a type of booking in which the hotel waits for the consumer until the check-out time of the day following the day of the scheduled arrival. In case of late cancellation of the reservation, delay, or no-show of the consumer, he or the customer will be charged for the actual downtime of the room (room space), but not more than a day. If you are late for more than a day, the contract is terminated;
"Non-guaranteed booking" is a type of booking in which the hotel waits for the consumer until a certain hour set by the contractor on the day of arrival, after which the contract is terminated.
1.3 The Booking Request must specify:
Full name of the Guests;
date, time of arrival/departure;
hotel room category;
number of hotel rooms;
number of additional seats (if necessary);
meals (if necessary);
additional services
1.4. "Boundary date" is the date from which the Reception and Accommodation Service of the Hotel stops all operations for accepting/changing/confirming Group booking requests, as well as unilaterally canceling all bookings that are not guaranteed.
1.5 "Closed dates" - periods established by the Hotel Administration during which:
restrictions on the sale of hotel rooms and other Hotel services apply
any discounts do not apply
check-in time is set at 15:00
check-out time - check-out time at the Hotel is set at noon 12:00 p.m.
Guests will be accommodated outside these hours (check-in and check-out hours) when paying for early check-in/late check-out under the terms of this regulation.
1.6 "Early check-in" - arrival of the Guest earlier than the time of the day of arrival (indicated in the confirmation of the booking request), in the period from 00:00 to one (Check-in time), payment for accommodation is charged in an amount not exceeding the fee for half a day (non-guaranteed reservation). In case of an unguaranteed early check-in (i.e. in the absence of prepayment in the amount of an additional day), early check-in is provided to the Guest free of charge, but ONLY if rooms are available at the time of check-in.
1.7 The hotel is open 24 hours a day.
1.8 The time specified in the Rules is the local time of the hotel and corresponds to Moscow time UTC (SU) +3.
1.9 The hotel has 66 rooms in the following categories: the highest "Suite" -1 room, the highest "Junior Suite" - 25 rooms, "1st category" - 40 rooms.
2. INFORMATION ABOUT SERVICES, BOOKING AND PAYMENT PROCEDURES
2.1. The Services are provided by the current price list and service provision regime.
2.2. The Contractor reserves the right to change the price list and other terms of Service without prior notice unless prohibited by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
2.3. Reservations are made subject to the availability of the Service, as well as subject to the provision by the booking party of sufficient and necessary information and its agreement with these Rules.
2.4. The hotel reservation agreement is concluded between the Customer or Guest and the Contractor by drawing up a document signed by the two parties, as well as by accepting the reservation request by mail, telephone or other communication, which allows to reliably establish that the request comes from the Customer or Guest.
2.5. Booking confirmation is made by the Contractor by notifying the Customer or the Guest in any written form; the notification must contain the order confirmation number.
2.6. The booking may be non-guaranteed or guaranteed.
2.7. In case of non-guaranteed booking, no advance payment for Services is made. Cancellation of an unguaranteed reservation by a Guest is possible at any time without penalty. An unguaranteed reservation may be canceled in case of a Guest's no-show before a certain hour set by the Contractor. In case of arrival of the Guest after the expiration of the cancellation period of the non-guaranteed reservation, the Service is provided subject to availability and under the current conditions of its provision. The Contractor is not responsible for the failure to provide Services to the Guest or for providing Services to the Guest on other terms.
2.8. With a guaranteed reservation, the Guest makes a mandatory advance payment or guarantees payment for Services by bank card or cash in the currency of the Russian Federation (in rubles), in full or in part (but not less than 100% of the cost of the first night's stay at the hotel), followed by payment of the rest of the cost of Services upon arrival. The Hotel reserves a guaranteed (paid) room for the Guest until midnight (00:00) local time on the day following the day of the Guest's scheduled arrival. The Hotel reserves the right to check the bank card provided by the Guest as a guarantee of the reservation at any time after the Guest completes this reservation through a pre-authorization operation in an amount equal to the cost of the first night's stay. The terms and conditions of cancellation of guaranteed bookings are specified in the booking confirmation. In case of cancellation of the guaranteed reservation, the payment indicated in the confirmation of the guaranteed reservation will not be refunded, unless otherwise provided by the agreement concluded by the parties for booking places at the hotel.
2.9. The booking configuration can be changed before and/or after the Guest's accommodation, subject to availability and taking into account the deadlines and restrictions set by the Contractor for making such changes.
2.10. The prices for Services indicated in the information and advertising materials of the hotel and the media are not final. The hotel administration reserves the right to change the official rate for Hotel Services. Payment for Services provided by the hotel is carried out according to the current price list. The current price list for Services can be found at the reception desk of the hotel by phone. +7 (843) 212-02-13, as well as on the Contractor's website https://kazanpalace.com/kazan-palace-by-tasigo / and in the sales department of the Contractor.
2.11. Payment for Services is accepted in rubles of the Russian Federation by:
non-cash transfer to the hotel's checking account;
in cash at the hotel cash desk;
by credit card (Master Card, Visa UnionPay, MIR are accepted for payment).
2.12. The official fare indicated in the confirmed booking request is final and cannot be unilaterally changed. Accommodation for an additional person in the room is 3000 rubles. Additional guests of any age can be accommodated in an extra bed, if there are more than two guests in the room, for an additional fee of 3000 rubles. In case of a delay of visitors in the guest's room from 16:00 hours, a payment of 3000 rubles must be made for an additional guest. Check-in of an additional Guest is possible upon presentation of the original document (No. 18 of the Rules for the provision of Hotel services, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 11/18/2020 No. 1853).
2.13. The guest has the right to accommodate no more than two children in the room:
children aged 0-6 years old stay with their parents free of charge, without providing an extra bed;
at the age of 7-12, a fee of 2000 rubles per day is charged in the same room with parents, with or without an extra bed;
a fee of 2500 rubles per day is charged for the accommodation of Guests (from 3 or more people) from 13 years old and above.
for additional guests (from 3 or more people) in the Presidential Suite room, a fee of 15,000 rubles is charged per day. No more than 6 guests can stay in the room at the same time.
Registration at the hotel of minors under the age of 18 is carried out based on identity documents of their parents (adoptive parents, guardians) or close relatives, accompanying person(s), a document certifying the authority of the accompanying person(s), as well as birth certificates of these minors.
2.14. The time of the scheduled check-in at the hotel is 15:00 hours on the current day. The day is calculated from 15:00 of the current day to 12:00 p.m. the next day. The guaranteed check-in previously agreed upon by the hotel and the Guest before the set time of arrival at the hotel upon prior reservation specified in this paragraph is paid in the following order:
if you arrive before 10:00, you will be charged 100% of the cost of one night's stay;
for arrivals from 10:00 to 15:00, a payment of 50% of the cost of one night's stay will be charged.
The period of stay (overnight stay) is calculated from 15:00 hours of one day (the set time of arrival at the hotel) to 12:00 p.m. of the other day (single check-out time). At the end of the paid period of stay, the Guest is obliged to vacate the room before 12:00 p.m.
In case of departure after 12:00 p.m., the payment for accommodation will be charged in the following order:
from 12:00 p.m. to 17:00, 50% of the cost of one night's stay is charged. If the estimated occupancy of the hotel is above 80%, the hotel has the right to refuse to extend the room on the above conditions;
after 17:00 hours, the full payment for the night's stay will be charged.
If you wish to extend your stay, the Guest must inform the hotel administrator no later than 12 hours before the end of the single check-out hour. The extension of the stay is made only if there is no reservation for this room. If there are available rooms, another room can be provided to the guest.
3. THE ORDER OF REGISTRATION OF ACCOMMODATION IN THE HOTEL
3.1. When making a reservation, the Guest — a citizen of the Russian Federation — provides documents by paragraph No. 18 of the Rules for the Provision of Hotel Services approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 11/18/2020 No. 1853, as well as documents confirming the fact of booking and (or) payment for the room. Upon arrival at the hotel, the Guest must present an identity document, namely: a citizen of the Russian Federation — an original passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, a birth certificate, a diplomatic passport; a citizen of the Russian Federation permanently residing outside the Russian Federation — a foreign passport with a note on consular registration; a foreign citizen — a passport of a citizen of the country, visa, migration card, residence permit or diplomatic passport, birth certificate with translation into Russian. Documents are provided for all Guests staying, including minors.
3.2. Registration of a minor's residence is carried out following paragraph No. 18 of the Rules for the Provision of Hotel Services approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 11/18/2020 No. 1853.
3.3. Check-in and accommodation of Guests at the hotel is carried out upon presentation:
a confirmed booking form (if the Customer is an individual);*
a document confirming the payment (if the Customer is a legal entity);**
passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation on the territory of the Russian Federation;
passport of a citizen of the USSR, certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation, before replacing it with a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation within the prescribed period;
birth certificates — for a person under the age of 14;
passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation outside the Russian Federation, for a person permanently residing outside the Russian Federation;
temporary identity card of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
passport of a foreign citizen or other document established by Federal law or recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as an identity document of a foreign citizen;
a document issued by a foreign state and recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as an identity document of a stateless person; — temporary residence permits for a stateless person;
residence permit of a stateless person.
Check-in at the hotel of minors under the age of 14 is carried out based on the identity documents of their parents (adoptive parents, guardians), and accompanying person(s), provided that such accompanying person(s) provide the consent of legal representatives (one of them), as well as birth certificates these minors. Check-in at the hotel of minors who have reached the age of 14, in the absence of legal representatives being near them, is carried out based on the identity documents of these minors, subject to the consent of legal representatives (one of them). Registration of Consumers who are citizens of the Russian Federation at the place of stay in the hotel is carried out following the Rules for Registration and De-registration of citizens of the Russian Federation at the place of stay and at the place of residence within the Russian Federation, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated July 17, 1995. No. 713 "On Approval of the Rules for Registration and De-Registration of Citizens of the Russian Federation at the Place of Stay and at the Place of Residence within the Russian Federation and the List of persons Responsible for Receiving and Transferring to the Registration Authorities documents for Registration and De-Registration of citizens of the Russian Federation at the place of stay and at the place of Residence within the Russian Federation Federation". Registration of Consumers who are foreign citizens and stateless persons at the place of stay in the hotel and their removal from the register at the place of stay is carried out following the Rules for Migration Registration of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons in the Russian Federation, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated January 15, 2007 No. 9 "On the procedure for migration registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation".
* In exceptional cases, the Guest can provide the reservation number for check-in.
** In exceptional cases and subject to prior written notification, the Guest may present a Letter of Guarantee for payment from the Customer organization for check-in.
3.4. When making a reservation, the Guest (except for persons under the age of 14) fills in a registration card of the established sample, which is simultaneously a contract for the provision of hotel services — in 2 (two) copies signed by two parties — the Contractor and the Guest.
3.5. The Contractor has the right to refuse to accommodate and provide Services to persons who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
3.6. At the request of the Guest and in agreement with the hotel administration, visitors are allowed to stay in the Guest's room from 09:00 to 16:00 local time, provided they present an identity document. The total number of visitors in the Guest's room should not be more than 3 (three) people at a time. The presence of third parties in the room after 16:00 is allowed only on condition of their registration – presentation of an identity document and payment for accommodation Services.
The guest is obliged to be responsible for the actions of the invited visitors, including responsibility for causing damage, violation of the rules on the prohibition of smoking, and refusal to pay for Services provided to these persons. If traces of smoking are found and violations of the rules on the prohibition of smoking in the room and on the territory of the hotel are detected, the Guest may be charged an amount for additional room cleaning using the Services of a professional cleaning company of 25,000 rubles. In case of theft or loss of items from the Guest during the stay of visitors in the room, the hotel waives its obligations for safety.
3.7. The Guest's accommodation in the hotel is carried out only after payment of a security payment of 20,000 rubles and only upon provision of an identity document to an employee of the reception and accommodation service, according to the list approved by paragraph 18 of the Rules for the Provision of Hotel Services in the Russian Federation, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 11/18/2020 No. 1853.
For accommodation in a room of the Presidential Suite category, the amount of the security payment is 80,000 rubles.
The security payment can be paid in cash or by card. At the same time, money is not debited from the card in favor of the hotel but is blocked on the account.
3.8. The standard time of arrival of the Guest at the hotel is 15:00 unless otherwise specified in the confirmed booking request. In case of the arrival of the Guest before the check-in time specified in the confirmed booking request, the Guest will be accommodated only if there are available rooms and subject to payment of accommodation according to the early check-in tariff.
3.9. The standard time of departure of the Guest from the hotel is the official check-out time of noon 12:00 p.m.
3.10. The number of Guests arriving, their details and deadlines hotel accommodations must comply with the confirmed booking request.
3.11. If more Guests arrive than indicated in the confirmed booking request, the hotel will take all necessary measures to accommodate them, but cannot guarantee the provision of rooms other than those booked. Payment for additional rooms/places provided is made according to the official rate of the hotel, valid on the date of accommodation.
3.12. The guest is obliged to pay for the Services provided by the hotel (purchased goods) during the stay or at the time of departure from the hotel. At the same time, a preliminary invoice can be issued at the request of the Guest. Upon departure, the Guest signs the final bill. Signing an invoice means accepting this Service (product) and agreeing to pay for this Service (product).
3.13. The Guest indicated in the confirmed booking request: — is responsible for fulfilling obligations to pay for Services (goods) ordered (purchased) by him and all Guests staying in the same room with him; — is obliged to fully compensate for possible losses (material and other damage) caused both by him personally and by all Guests staying in the same room with him.
3.14. If the agreement (booking request) provides for a security payment, the Guest has the right to pay for additional Services with funds on deposit.
3.15. The right to extraordinary service at the hotel has:
Heroes of the Soviet Union, Heroes of the Russian Federation, full cavaliers of the Order of Glory, and persons equated to them;
invalids and participants of the Great Patriotic War and persons equated to them;
other categories of citizens who, by the current legislation of the Russian Federation, have been granted the right to extraordinary services. A person who has the right to extraordinary service must present a document confirming such a right.
3.16. According to the Rules for the Provision of Hotel Services in the Russian Federation (approved By Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1853 dated 11/18/2020). The Contractor, at the request of the Consumer, is obliged to provide the following types of Services without additional payment:
calling an ambulance or other special services;
use of a first aid kit;
delivery of correspondence addressed to the Consumer to the room upon receipt;
wake up at a certain time;
other Services at the discretion of the Contractor.
4. PARKING RULES
4.1. Upon entering the hotel (hereinafter referred to as the "Parking Lot"), visitors agree to comply with and comply with these Rules.
4.2. Entry is carried out from Volkova Street (upper barrier), and exit to Kalinina Street (lower barrier).
4.3. The mode of Parking rules:
Parking is available around the clock;
entry is carried out only with parking tickets/tickets (hereinafter referred to as the "Parking Card"), the Parking Card transfer for the departure of other vehicles is PROHIBITED.
The speed of movement on the territory is not more than 20 km/h.
The person entering the territory (hereinafter referred to as the "Visitor") independently decides on entry. Upon entering the territory, Visitors agree to comply with and comply with these Rules. If there are no available parking spaces, the visitor is advised to leave the territory.
Parking and stopping of vehicles outside specially designated parking spaces marked with markings is PROHIBITED.
Payment for Parking Services is made in cash or by bank card at the hotel reception and security checkpoint at the exit, or by bank card through an automatic payment terminal located on the Parking Lot (PayPass exit gate) following the tariffs. All rates are given for one parking space. When paying for parking, any part of the hour is rounded up to the whole hour.
The territory and places of installation of payment terminals are monitored by video cameras.
Entry to the territory may be suspended for sanitary, repair, and other measures, etc. To ensure safety, with the consent of the owner of the vehicle and in his presence, a Parking employee can visually inspect the Visitor's vehicle.
In case of damage or damage by the Visitor and/or the Visitor's vehicle to the automatic payment terminal, barrier, and other Parking property (hereinafter referred to as "Parking Property"), the Visitor is obliged to compensate for the damage caused to the Parking property, by the current legislation of the Russian Federation. In case of damage to parking equipment, barrier, and other equipment, the driver is obliged to compensate for the damage caused, the cost of repair, replacement of equipment and downtime of equipment, losses caused by the driver as a result of the equipment shutdown.
Each opening of the barrier allows only one vehicle to pass.
The next vehicle starts moving only after the previous one leaves the area after the barrier. The administration is not responsible in case the barrier causes harm or damage to the Visitor or his property.
4.4. The cost of Parking Services for 1 (one) Parking space:
for guests staying at the hotel, parking is free;
the first 20 minutes of parking are free of charge;
next — 100 rubles/hour.
4.5. In case of damage or loss of the Parking Card, payment for the Parking Service is made according to the tariff according to clause 5.4. of the Rules, based on the actual time the vehicle was in the parking lot, set according to the automated parking system of the hotel.
4.6. Visitors with disabilities can use specially equipped parking spaces following the procedure established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
4.7. Parking is free of charge:
vehicles used to carry out the activities of fire protection, police, medical ambulance, emergency rescue services, military automobile inspection, as well as vehicles of the federal executive authority in the field of security, the federal executive authority in the field of state protection, military police of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, troops of the National Guard of the Russian Federation, investigative bodies of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, used in connection with official necessities used to carry out the activities of fire protection, police, medical ambulance, emergency rescue services, military automobile inspection, as well as vehicles of the federal executive authority in the field of security, the federal executive authority in the field of state protection, military police of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, troops of the National Guard of the Russian Federation, investigative bodies of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, used in connection with official necessity, with the exception of parking places for disabled vehicles marked with appropriate road signs and (or) markings, where the placement of other vehicles is prohibited;
vehicles driven by drivers with disabilities and carrying passengers with disabilities, if the identification mark "Disabled" is installed on the specified vehicles, in places for parking vehicles with disabilities, marked with appropriate road signs and markings;
electric vehicles - in any parking spaces, except vehicles in any parking spaces, except parking spaces for vehicles with the identification mark "Disabled", marked with appropriate road signs and (or) markings, where the placement of other vehicles is prohibited; vehicles belonging to diplomatic missions, consular institutions, including those headed by honorary consular officials, international (interstate) organizations and their employees accredited to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
Representatives are exempt from fee payment for parking the vehicle upon presentation of the appropriate certificate:
people with disabilities;
Combat veterans;
large families (their members);
owners of motorcycles.
4.8. Markup
In the Parking area, vehicles must be placed exclusively following the markings applied. If the Visitor's car is parked incorrectly and interferes with the parking of other vehicles, the Visitor pays the parking fee according to the number of parking spaces occupied by him.
4.9. Parking card A parking card is issued at the entrance to the territory. The parking card is the property of the hotel. The parking card requires careful storage, and carrying and must be preserved until leaving the Parking Lot. It is forbidden to transfer the Parking Card received at the entrance to third parties in the Parking Lot, or exchange the Parking Card with third parties.
Departure from the parking area is carried out strictly according to the Parking card received at the entrance to the parking lot. Payment for the Parking Service Departure from the parking area is carried out strictly according to the Parking card received at the entrance to the parking lot. Payment for the Parking Service is made at the payment terminals located on the parking lot or at the reception, according to the tariffs specified in clause 4.4.
4.10. It is prohibited:
forge a parking card;
enter the Parking area without obtaining a Parking card;
parking in places intended for parking vehicles of people with disabilities (disabled people), Visitors without disabilities;
parking of one vehicle in more than one parking space;
parking in driveways or outside specially designated parking spaces;
parking a car with the engine running;
making an open fire, smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages;
storage and disposal of garbage (any type of waste, solid, etc.);
enter vehicles exceeding the dimensions in height indicated by the sign 3.13 PPD of the Russian Federation before entering the territory of the underground part of the Parking Lot;
enter by composite vehicle (with trailer), freight transport;
wash, wipe, and clean vehicles;
repair and maintenance of the vehicle (refueling, replacement, refilling of any liquids and fuels, replacement of batteries, replacement, wheel pumping, etc.);
park a defective, damaged (emergency), towed vehicle. (The defective vehicle must be immediately removed from the Parking area by the forces and at the expense of the owner);
photo and video shooting without the consent of the administration;
to hold unauthorized rallies, meetings, actions, turn on loud music, etc.;
to carry out business activities, carry out advertising campaigns (paste-up, distribute leaflets, etc.) without prior approval from the administration;
cause damage to third-party vehicles and/or parking equipment and other property in the Parking Lot.
4.11. Security Storage and/or security services are not provided on the territory of the Parking Lot. The administration is not responsible for damage or theft of the vehicle, as well as the safety of things stored in the vehicle.
4.12. In the Parking area, the driver of the vehicle is obliged to:
comply with the requirements of the staff of the Parking administration and the hotel security service;
follow the rules of the road, including the requirements of road signs, marking lines and signs;
comply with fire safety requirements in the Parking Lot;
keep the Parking lot clean and tidy;
take care of parking equipment and other property located in the Parking Lot;
observe public order on the territory of the complex and Parking;
pay for Parking Services promptly according to the tariffs, as well as make other payments provided for by these Rules;
to compensate for damage caused to the Parking Lot property and/or the property of third parties.
5. ACTIONS ACCORDING TO THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT POLICY
5.1. The Hotel is aware of the negative impact on the environment and strives to reduce it by all available means, while not reducing the high quality of the Services provided.
5.2. Guided by the principles of sustainable development, the hotel has developed the STAY IN HARMONY program, which includes the following points:
1. Adhere to the principle of reducing resource consumption by monitoring and taking measures to reduce water and energy consumption.
2. Strive to reduce the volume of waste generated and carry out separate collection, for this purpose, a local structure has been formed to manage the safe collection of various types of waste.
3. Encourage employees to collect waste separately and provide them with the opportunity to increase their knowledge of social and environmental responsibility and how to implement best practices not only at work but also at home.
4. Inform Guests about the environmental and social initiatives carried out at the hotel and provide a discount on accommodation for participation in them (Green Rate ecotarif).
5. Introduce suppliers, contractors, agents, and wholesale companies to the STAY IN HARMONY program. 6. Give priority to suppliers of locally produced products.
7. Support local communities to disseminate the accumulated experience.
6. OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE GUEST
6.1. Obligations and responsibilities of the Guest:
comply with these Rules;
do not disturb other hotel Guests, observe silence and public order in the room, premises, and on the territory of the hotel;
take care of the property of the hotel, keep the room clean, in the premises and on the territory of the hotel;
comply with fire safety regulations;
if signs of an emergency condition of plumbing, electrical and other equipment are detected, immediately inform any hotel employee;
pay for the Services provided by the hotel on time and in full;
to compensate for damages in case of loss or damage to the property of the hotel;
do not leave unauthorized persons in the room in your absence, as well as give them the room key;
do not take the property of the hotel out of the room;
do not store bulky items, weapons, ammunition, explosives, chemical, radioactive and toxic substances, explosive devices, narcotic and psychotropic substances, other items that threaten public safety and order in the room;
do not move furniture and equipment in the room and hotel premises;
do not smoke in the room, indoors and on the territory of the hotel. In accordance with paragraph 5, paragraph 5, Article 12 of Federal Law No. 15-FZ dated 02/23/2013 "On Protecting the Health of Citizens from Exposure to Ambient Tobacco Smoke and the consequences of tobacco consumption", tobacco smoking is prohibited in premises intended for the provision of hotel services. The Guest hereby confirms that he is also aware that smoking in the room will entail the need for compensation by the Guest for damage to the hotel in the form of costs for future cleaning (ionization, cleaning furniture, prolonged ventilation, use of odor absorbers, washing curtains, tulle, textiles) in the amount of 25,000 (twenty-five thousand rubles);
do not accommodate Guests in the room without paying and registering their stay at the hotel;
do not leave underage children unattended alone in the room and on the territory of the hotel.
6.2. In case of violation by the Guest of clause 6.1. of these Rules, the hotel has the right to terminate the provision of Services unilaterally.
6.3. The Guest has the right to terminate the Service agreement at any time, provided that the Contractor pays the cost of the Services rendered.
6.4. The guest takes note and does not object to use in the premises and on the territory of the hotel (except for residential rooms and toilet cubicles) video surveillance systems.
6.5. Professional shooting on the territory and in the hotel building is possible only upon agreement with the hotel administration. It is prohibited to take professional photo/video shooting without the written permission of the hotel in the office premises, the kitchen of the restaurant, and other premises closed to public access. Photo/video shooting can be carried out by the law of the Russian Federation dated 12/27/1991 No. 2124-1 "On Mass Media" by a journalist upon presentation of a press card in public access areas, namely: in halls, elevators, hotel rooms, conference rooms, restaurant halls.
7. OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CONTRACTOR
7.1. The Contractor ensures the quality of the Services provided by the terms of the Service agreement, including the one concluded with the Guest agent based on the agency agreement, and in the absence of the above agreements — following the requirements usually imposed on these Services.
7.2. The Contractor is obliged to ensure the placement of information provided for in clause 9.10 of the Rules for the Provision of Hotel Services in the Russian Federation, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 11/18/2020 No. 1853.
7.3. The hotel Administration has the right to replace the room provided to the Guest and demand the immediate release of the room occupied by the Guest if it is necessary to carry out emergency repair, sanitary, epidemiological and other works aimed at eliminating the causes that pose a threat or hinder the quality and safe provision of Services.
7.4. The Hotel Administration has the right to refuse to provide Services to the Guest and evict the Guest from the hotel in case of violation of these Rules, late payment for Services provided by the hotel, as well as committing (attempts to commit) illegal actions by the Guest against the hotel staff and (or) other Hotel Guests that threaten the safety of life, health, honor, dignity and (or) the property of other persons.
7.5. The hotel Administration reserves the right to access the room without prior agreement with the Guest in case of an emergency, as well as in case of violation by the Guest of these Rules of Public Order and other official necessities.
8. OTHER CONDITIONS
8.1. The Contractor is not responsible for material and (or) moral damage caused to the Guest for reasons beyond the Contractor's control.
8.2. The Contractor is not financially responsible for the property of the Guest left in the common areas of the hotel.
8.3. In case of deficiencies in the provision of Services, the Guest must immediately notify the Contractor. If it is impossible to eliminate the shortcomings, the Guest must state his claims in writing. Failure to comply with this condition may serve as a basis for a complete or partial refusal to satisfy the claim.
8.4. In the case of sending Guests to the hotel by the Customer, the Customer is directly responsible for the accuracy of the information related to these Rules.
8.5. These Rules for the provision of hotel services in LLC "ESA STROY" (Kazan Palace by TASIGO) are the official offer. The Hotel reserves the right to make changes and additions to these Rules.
