About social entrepreneurship
We are surrounded by many talented people. We contribute to their professional fulfillment in the format of social entrepreneurship. Many socially oriented companies have become our partners on a long-term basis, together with them we try to contribute to solving important social issues. This is a business that is built by people with a difficult fate, but they are strong enough to realize their talent, turning it into their life's work. It is important for us that every item in the hotel has its own history and value and is not impersonal. Instead of purchasing goods from unknown factories located at a great distance from Kazan, we prefer to cooperate with social entrepreneurship, thus giving work to those who really need it and whose product is unique and able to give not only emotions, but also to acquire special meaning.

“Chudo mamy” (“Wonder moms”)
The key idea of the project is to provide jobs for mothers of young children who are in a difficult life situation, who do not have the opportunity to work full–time.
"Solntse Vnutri" (“The Sun is Inside”)
An inclusive project from Kazan, including tourism, an accessible environment, performances and exhibitions. The main goal of the project is to create real and effective practices of social and labor adaptation of people with disabilities.
"Anton tut ryadom" (“Anton's Right Here”)
The rich history of the hotel and the unusual style were surprisingly reflected in the souvenirs of the fund for support of people with autism “Anton's Right Here”. All the products are made by adults, members of the foundation, they are unique, made specially for TASIGO and are presented on our souvenir showcase. We want our guests to take away valuable souvenirs that remind them of their time spent in TASIGO. We have toys – symbols of the hotel, notebooks, shoppers, bright ceramics from the masters of the “Anton's Right Here” foundation. This is a vivid example of social entrepreneurship and successfully established business processes. We want the number of such projects to grow, and we are ready to support local initiatives.
“Chudo mamy” (“Wonder moms”)
This is the first socio-entrepreneurial project in Kazan we started our cooperation with. The key idea of the project is to provide jobs for mothers of young children who are in a difficult life situation, who do not have the opportunity to work full–time. The ideologist and manager of the project has opened a small sewing production where mothers can work for several hours while their children are in the playroom. Employees of the social project “Wonder moms” sew reusable alternatives to disposable items for TASIGO hotels in Kazan: aprons and functional bags for gardeners, reusable eco–bags in which guests can carry things to the laundry for washing, laundry bags - an alternative to large plastic bags for unloading dirty laundry, bags for recyclables, cases for additional pillows as an alternative to plastic bags for storage, bags for hair dryers. Everything that was disposable and made of plastic was made by the project staff from eco-friendly materials and has a nice design. Together we develop innovative ideas for new orders. This is how we create objects at the intersection of eco-friendly and social development.
"Solntse Vnutri" (“The Sun is Inside”)

The main goal of the project is to create real and effective practices of social and labor adaptation of people with disabilities. The foundation's members have made covers for guest books and ceramic mugs for the My Cup Please campaign (we provide a 15% discount for guests who have refused disposable cups "to go" and take their drinks away in reusable containers). According to sanitary standards, we cannot pour drinks into someone else's containers, therefore, for convenience, we have developed mugs with a spout so that it is convenient for bartenders to make coffee in them, and for guests to pour into their cups. Socks with the Tatar national ornament, invented by the member of the Alsou Foundation, who has been using a wheelchair since childhood, are presented in a souvenir showcase.
